By creating an account or continuing to use Marshalmap, you agree to these terms. If you use Marshalmap on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it. Individuals must be of legal age in their country.

Marshalmap is an online tool for event organisers to plan and run their crews on a live venue map: teams, positions, tasks, incidents, reports and chat. Features depend on the plan or event pass you choose.

• Keep your sign-in details confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Give accurate information and keep it up to date.

You must not misuse Marshalmap. In particular you must not:

• use it for anything unlawful, fraudulent or harmful, or to send spam;
• upload content that infringes others' intellectual property or privacy rights;
• interfere with its security: introduce malware, probe or scan for weaknesses, or scrape it;
• reverse engineer it, resell or redistribute it, or get around plan limits or technical restrictions.

Nordcam AS owns Marshalmap and all rights in it, including the software, documentation and branding. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it within your plan. You keep ownership of the content you upload (maps, reports, photos); you let us host and process it only to provide the service.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, taxes, renewals and cancellations are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew each billing period until cancelled; when you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. See our Refund Policy.

We work to keep Marshalmap available and reliable, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Marshalmap is a coordination tool and does not replace your own safety procedures. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" without implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

We may suspend or end your access if you materially breach these terms, fail to pay, create a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously break our rules. You can stop using Marshalmap and delete your account at any time. What happens to your data afterwards is described in our Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms; if a change is significant we will tell you in advance. These terms are governed by Norwegian law, and disputes go to the Norwegian courts. Questions: support@marshalmap.com.
