Live operations for event crews
Run your event crew from one live map.
Stewards, security, first aid and volunteers on one shared view of the venue. Incidents, tasks and positions update for everyone the moment they change.
Free forever for small events, no card needed.
How it works
From site plan to live operations in an afternoon.
- 1
Upload your venue map
Any site plan or floor plan image. Add more floors for balconies, basements and backstage.
- 2
Set up teams and stations
Split the crew into teams with a supervisor, place fixed stations and shared areas, share a join code.
- 3
Run the day live
Log incidents, hand out tasks and see who is where. Every change reaches the whole crew instantly.
Features
Everything the control room needs, in every pocket.
Live venue map with floors
Pan and pinch on any device. Drop pins exactly where things happen, on every level of the venue.
Incidents in seconds
Category, severity and a photo, logged from the field and seen by supervisors straight away.
Tasks anyone can claim
Assign a task to someone, or leave it open for the team to pick up and move to done.
Stations and shared areas
Fixed posts for one person, areas that hold several, and check-ins that keep everyone accounted for.
Notifications that matter
New incidents, assignments and status changes go to the people who need to act on them.
Incident log and debrief
A timeline of everything that happened, exportable as CSV, with a PDF debrief on paid events.
Agencies and colleagues
Run events as an agency and share them with colleagues. On Pro and up, your logo is on the app and reports.
Reuse what works
Turn a finished event into a template: teams, stations and map carried over to the next one.
Built for every role
Everyone sees what they need, nothing they don't.
Organisers
Set up the event, the map and the teams, see every incident and task across the venue, and export the debrief afterwards.
Supervisors
Run their own team: place pins, hand out work, move statuses back when plans change, and keep their posts staffed.
Crew
Join with a code, see their station and their tasks, check in to areas and report incidents from their phone.
Pricing
Pay per event, or subscribe as an agency.

FAQ
Questions organisers ask first.
Does the crew need to install an app?
No. Marshalmap runs in the browser on any phone, tablet or laptop. Crew create a free account and join their team with the code you share.
What is the difference between a pass and a plan?
A pass is a one-off payment for a single event, live from shortly before it starts until 30 days after it ends. An agency plan is a subscription for teams that run events all year, with staff counted across all active events.
What happens after the event?
Paid events stay fully usable for 30 days after they end so you can finish the debrief. After that the event becomes read-only, and you can still export the PDF debrief and incident log.
How long do you keep our event data?
Free events are kept for 6 months after they end, paid events for 24 months. Event admins get an email 30 days before deletion, and can delete an event themselves at any time. All data is stored in the EU; see the Privacy Policy for details.
Can I try it before setting up my own event?
Yes. The live demo drops you into a sample festival with teams, stations and open incidents, as a supervisor or as a crew member. It is private to you and resets after an hour.
Where is my data stored?
In the EU (Frankfurt). Every event is private to the people you invite, and photos and maps are only visible to members of that event.
Your next event, on one live map.
Small events are free, forever. Set one up now, or look around the demo first.
